Aug 24 -1:30 PM - 3:30 PM-5+- We will be collecting new and gently used books for K-5th grade and providing materials for children to decorate book bags. The books will be put in the book bags and delivered to schools in need. We will also provide a space for elementary school age children to practice reading. We would like older children (middle school and older) to sit with the children as they practice and help where need. Additionally, children will have the opportunity to read to a service dog between 2-3PM. There will be 4 service dogs and each child gets 15 minutes to read, so there are 16 slots for kids to read.-El Segundo Library,111 W Mariposa Ave, El Segundo, CA 90245
